Trial Attorney
Dan has been a practicing trial attorney for 20 years. Dan began his legal career in the pre-suit and post-suit defense of SIU/Fraud insurance claims involving staged accidents, billing for services not rendered, and intentional acts such as arson. Dan spent many years as a trial attorney for a multi-national insurance company, handling litigation, coverage issues, and special projects. Dan leverages his knowledge and experience to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients in all aspects of insurance matters, from pre-suit investigation through trial.
When he is not practicing, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and dogs, attending UM Hurricanes football games, and long-distance running.
